Wuntun Noodles Despite the number of different
recipes that can use FARKAY Wuntun noodles, these noodles were designed
as soup noodles. Description: dried, LOW FAT Product Ingredients: flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour or amylase, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), water, liquid albumen (triethyl citrate), liquid egg product (albumen, egg yolk, may contain lactic acid) salt, corn starch, beta carotene, sodium bicarbonate Nutritional Information:
Shelf life: 12 months under cool dry conditions Uses: salads, soups, stir fry, side dish, casseroles, substitute for pasta Cooking Tips: Our most delicate and sensitive noodle. Set your timer for 3-4 minutes and boil on medium heat for the best results. If you prefer, try steaming them instead! For stir fries, remember to adequately lubricate your cooking surface. Back
