Wuntun Noodles

Despite the number of different recipes that can use FARKAY Wuntun noodles, these noodles were designed as soup noodles. They're quick to cook and appeal to any taste because theyíre meant to be flavoured and seasoned in the soup. Our Wuntun noodle is a thinner noodle than our Farkay noodle for those out there that prefer a more delicate texture. For something a little different, impress your romantic partner by offering these noodles chilled with a light herbal vinaigrette on a bed of tossed greens for an exquisite summer salad. When you see the response you get, you'll be glad you did!

Cooking Tips: Our most delicate and sensitive noodle. Set your timer for 3-4 minutes and boil on medium heat for the best results. If you prefer, try steaming them instead! For stir fries, remember to adequately lubricate your cooking surface.
