Shelf life: 12 months under cool dry conditions Uses: salads, soups, stir fry, side dish, casseroles, substitute for pasta Cooking Tips: The Farkay noodle is one of our most resilient noodles so it's hard to go wrong. STILL! Overboiling can turn even the most durable noodle into a gooey paste so set your timer for 5-7 minutes. For extra flavour, try boiling these noodles in a rich broth. For a pleasant experience with stir fries, remember to adequately oil or lubricate your wok or pan. Failure to do so will result in noodles sticking to the wok or pan... eeeek! Back
