Cooking Tips: No boiling. No microwaving. Just plain hot tap water will soften these noodles for your stir fry or chow mein. In fact, the gravy from your vegetables and meat is usually enough to soften these noodles, just pour the gravy over these noodles and let sit for one minute. If you prefer them crunchy, just eat them as is! They make great snack food and garnish. Mix them with some melted milk chocolate, form small balls, and let cool and harden for porcupine cookies... you'll be surprised at how fast they go!
