Description: dried, broad, LOW FAT Product Ingredients: flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour or amylase, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), water, liquid albumen (triethyl citrate), salt, corn starch. Shelf life: 12 months under cool dry conditions Uses: salads, soups, stir fry, side dish, stroganoff casseroles, substitute for fettucine Cooking Tips: It looks like pasta, It feels like pasta, but It's not pasta! You only have to boil these noodles for 3-4 minutes. Overboiling will turn your noodles mushy. Remember to adequately lubricate your cooking surface for stirfries. For soups, just drop your cooked noodles into your prepared broth, vegetables or meat and you're ready to eat. Back
